Let’s get our salon policies out of the way so you can start enjoying your eco-lux salon experience!

TIME IS SOMETHING WE CAN NOT GET BACK

.

If you are 15 minutes late we may have to skip your blow out or other aspects of the service, so that we can stay on schedule for our guests throughout the day. Keep in mind our prices are based on the time we have reserved for you and the complete service will be charged according to the time reserved. If you are later than 15 minutes for your reserved session, we may only be able to provide half of the service scheduled, or you most likely will have to be rescheduled all together.

Our stylist’s reserve your session just for you, as I’m sure you can understand, a NO-SHOW or a CANCELATION WITHOUT 48 HOURS NOTICE will be charged up to 25% of the services that were booked, and most stylist’s will require a non-refundable deposit to book with one of our stylists again.


REDO And PRODUCT EXCHANGES

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. However, each stylist has their own service policies because they are independent contractors. So please ask your stylist what their policy is before your appointment. For a majority of our stylists, if you are having challenges with your cut or color, let your stylist know within 7 days of your visit and most will be happy to correct the issue. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, Mojave Rain will accept retail exchanges for 7 days from your initial purchase. Please note we can only do exchanges.

CHILDREN ARE WELCOME AS GUESTS WITH APPOINTMENTS ONLY

We can not accommodate children/extra guests in the salon. The only exception is if you need assistance from a caregiver or if you are a breastfeeding mother with an infant.
